The Great Spring Real Estate Cypress TX team are Realtors® in Northwest Houston and Cypress, Texas and support staff. Great Spring Real Estate was founded in 2010 by Cypress area real estate broker Jack Maxwell to provide the highest level of service to home purchasers and sellers in the Cy-Fair ISD area and surrounding areas. We love where we live and we love what we do!

- The homes that we list stay on the market for an average of 31 days, in a market where 29% of the homes take longer to sell and 29% of the homes listed fail to sell at all. (Some of the more unique properties tend to sit on the market a little longer, as their pool of interested buyers is smaller.)
- Our average property sells for 97% of asking price and 95% of original asking price. We understand the market and how important effective pricing is for a home to sell.
